Thiago: “We want to win La Liga as soon as possible”

"We were a very complete team," said the midfielder who returned to Barça's starting line-up this afternoon 

Even though Barça are favourites to win the title, Thiago warned that "there are many points still left in play and we can't assume that this is a done deal"

Thiago Alcántara was one of the standout players in Barça’s 0-3 victory over Zaragoza at La Romareda this Sunday afternoon. After the match, Thiago said, “every team has a lot on the line at this point in the season and they are stronger when they play at home, that’s why we’re very pleased with today’s win.” He added: “we were a complete team today in all aspects of the game, and the score reflects that.”

The midfielder noted that “we want to win La Liga as soon as possible, but the race isn’t over yet. There are a lot of points still in play and we can’t assume that this is a done deal.”
